When you are building a home there is much uncertainty in selecting a builder, however, knowing Greg Goodwin both personally and professionally, we never had a doubt we were working with a quality businessman. We were neighbors with Greg for about 8 years before we asked him to build our home in Swift Creek. He is a man of great integrity and knows how to build a home from “the outside in” so to speak.
